Made‑to‑Order & Personalised Items

All of our products are handmade to order, often personalised specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Under UK consumer law, personalised or custom‑made items are exempt from standard return rights. We kindly ask customers to double‑check all personalisation details, spellings, and order notes before completing checkout.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will happily resolve this for you with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Order Errors

If there is a mistake on our part, we will correct it immediately at no cost to you.

Changes to Orders

Because items are made to order, we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun. If you need to amend personalisation details, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
