Processing Times

All items are handmade to order. Our current processing time is 3-7 business days before dispatch. During busy periods (such as Christmas or seasonal launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship from the UK using our trusted carrier  Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

• UK Tracked Delivery: 1–2 business days

• International Delivery: Delivery times vary by destination

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees that may apply. These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping costs.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier. Refunds or replacements for lost parcels are handled on a case‑by‑case basis in line with carrier policies.

Made‑to‑Order Items

Because all items are made to order, we cannot expedite production times. If you need your order for a specific date, please contact us before purchasing and we’ll do our best to advise.
